Start Up & Running includes:

  • A story-led brand identity session in person or remotely with you and your team. We'll walk you through the process and begin to uncover the most unique and beguiling stories at the heart of your new business

  • Verbal Identity Guidelines for your business. We'll put your purpose, values, audience and message into words and provide you with a complete toolkit for your brand copy, including:

    • Your brand story. A concise statement that defines the essence of your brand and its offering. This functions as a mission statement, brand strategy and the most effective answer to, “what do you do?”

    • Tone of Voice guidelines (should we use the third or first person? Are we chatty or formal?...)

    • Lexicon - your brand, your words

  • When you're happy that your guidelines suit you down to the ground we'll get writing. This package includes names and taglines if required and copy for your ‘About’ or homepage and equates to 3 hours of Copywriting. If you have more to say, products to describe or resources to offer you may need more words. That’s no problem. We can add as many hours as you need at a discounted loyalty rate.
